Reenroll now for 2018-2019


Cumberland Valley Christian School’s administration and staff are already looking ahead and making plans for next school year.  In preparation for the start of 2018-2019, please take time now to complete reenrollment for next year. 

To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb through your existing login.  If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login listed below.

To access ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to CVCSBLAZERS.COM
  • Click on Parent Resources
  • Click on the Renweb
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click forgot username/password.
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment section of the page on the lower left.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for {StudentFirstName}.   The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted.  Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login

  • Please go to
  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
  • Enter CVCS-PA into the District Code field.
  • Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.  For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link.  A Change/Create Password screen will open.  You may use the default username provided, or create a new username.  Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window.
  • Log into ParentsWeb as instructed above.

Instructions for setting up FACTS payments.

You will need to create a user name and password for facts.  Renweb will remember your user name and password.


You will be given the option to create your payment plan through FACTS for those families who are not paying in full.  If you have multiple children it is easiest if you set up FACTS when you re-enroll your first child.  You will be prompted to set up your payment plan or skip if you pay in full. 

Once you are redirected to FACTS follow the directions below:


  1. Your current payment arrangement for this current school year is showing.  Below that you will see Set-Up payment plan and click on that button.
  2. You will be directed to our school FACTS page and need to click Begin.
  3. Edit or accept your contact information, then click next.
  4. You will then be directed to add a student.  Add all of your enrolled students then click next.
  5. Then you will be directed to select your monthly plan and verify your banking information. 
  6. You will then pick either the 5th or 20th of each month to withdraw from your account. 
  7. You will then be reminded of the $38.00 fee from FACTS to set up your payment plan which is withdrawn from your account before your first payment.
  8. You will then review, authorize, and accept the FACTS terms.  This will return you to a screen where you can return to renweb where you will finish your re-enrollments. 
  9. You will only set up FACTS once.  You will not have to do it for multiply children if you added them with the first child.
