Serving Lunch

The CVCS kitchen staff provides meals for the entire student body Monday through Friday.  We serve an average of about 80 Elementary students daily. An elementary meal includes an entree, fruit, vegetable and beverage. We offer a variety of choices that are different each day. Some of the students favorites are ham or turkey hoagie, hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn,  cheesy breadsticks w/marinara sauce, grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup, cheeseburger, hot dog, and chicken nuggets, just to name a few.

We also provide an alacarte’ menu for the Jr. and Sr. High School students. Each day we have a variety of items that the students can choose from, with different choices daily. We offer items such as spicy chicken legs, teriyaki chicken, meatball sub, chicken or pork fried rice, pretzel bacon cheeseburger, salad bar, various pasta dishes, and a variety of soups, cookies, and beverages, along with several other items to choose from.

We also have a great opportunity for our 11th. And 12th. Grade students to earn money toward their Sr. Trip by helping serve during our Jr High and Sr High lunch periods.

It has been such a blessing to get to know the students and staff at CVCS. We are like family!
